{"id":21156,"date":"2016-09-21T21:30:13","date_gmt":"2016-09-21T20:30:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/issues\/human-rights\/21156-iran-more-pressure-on-prisoners"},"modified":"2023-01-16T17:33:43","modified_gmt":"2023-01-16T16:33:43","slug":"iran-more-pressure-on-prisoners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/human-rights\/iran-more-pressure-on-prisoners\/","title":{"rendered":"Iran: More Pressure on prisoners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Gohardash-Prison-400\" class=\" size-full wp-image-46937\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/09\/Gohardash-Prison-400.jpg\" alt=\"Gohardash-Prison-400\" width=\"400\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Gohardash-Prison-400.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Gohardash-Prison-400-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>NCRI &#8211;\u00a0According to reports on Saturday September 17, agents in Gohardasht Prison have by order of the prison warden \u201cMohammad Mardan\u201d collected and took away all the water coolers which were bought with the prisoners\u2019 own money.<\/p>\n<p>Since the prisoners needed the coolers because of the heat, they started protesting against this measure but the agents didn\u2019t care and kept collecting the coolers.<\/p>\n<p>This move by the prison warden which was aimed at putting more pressure on the prisoners, led to a fight between the inmates and the prison guards.<\/p>\n<p>It should be pointed out that the prisoners buy all the necessary requirements in Gohardasht Prison with their own money while not being allowed to repair the appliances in case they stop working.<\/p>\n<p>Also according to reports, more than three months after the arrest of \u201cOsrin Amin Zadeh\u201d a Kurdis student girl by regime\u2019s intelligence and security forces, her fate still remains unknown.<\/p>\n<p>Osrin Amin Zadeh, a 24-year-old accounting student was arrested by security forces in Mahabd (Western Iran) on Monday June 6, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Osrin\u2019s family have repeatedly been pursuing her fate and whereabouts, but so far they have not been given any information on Osrin.<\/p>\n<p>Osrin was arrested in her paternal house by intelligence and security forces who had judicial authorization.
