This so-called cultural center was\u00a0the\u00a0regime\u2019s center for the export of Extremism. This so-called school was directed by one of two diplomats of the Iranian regime\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/terrorism-fundamentalism\/27237-albania-expels-2-iranian-regime-diplomat-terrorists\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recently expelled from Albania<\/a>\u00a0as &#8220;Persona non grata.&#8221;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On January 15, 2020, Albania expelled two of\u00a0the\u00a0regime\u2019s so-called diplomats. This meeting was attended by the President- elect of<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ncr-iran.org\/en\/alternative\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI)<\/a>, Mrs.\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/maryam-rajavi\/14237-maryam-rajavi\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, and several political dignitaries such as\u00a0former New York\u00a0Mayor Rudy Giuliani.<\/p>\n<p>Last October,\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/ncri-statements\/terrorism-fundamentalism\/26792-albania-s-police-chief-reveals-iranian-regime-terror-ring-targeting-pmoi-mek\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the chief of police in Albania revealed\u00a0<\/a>further details about the plot and said that the security forces had managed to foil it in the very last stages before the attack was to be executed.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The ring was planning to launch attacks on the Iranian opposition movement, the Mujahedin-e Khalq (PMOI\/<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/MEK?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#MEK<\/a>). She called on other countries to follow Albania\u2019s lead.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Rajavi\u00a0said:\u00a0\u201cThe Iranian regime\u2019s representations are epicenters for espionage and terrorism. Most regime diplomats are either Intelligence Ministry agents or IRGC officers or have received training on terrorism and espionage to serve that purpose.
