Following the\u00a0attack on the United States embassy<\/a>\u00a0in Baghdad by the Iranian regime\u2019s proxy forces on Tuesday, December 31, in response to the US airstrike on the\u00a0Kataib\u00a0Hezbollah’s camps in Iraq and Syria, the equations in Iraq changed against the Iranian regime.<\/p>\n

The Popular Mobilization Force (PMF) leaders and well-known agents of the mullahs’ regime in Iraq, such as Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, commander of the\u00a0\u00a0Kataib\u00a0Hezbollah;\u00a0Hadi\u00a0Al- Ameri, commander of the terrorist\u00a0Badr\u00a0Corps;\u00a0Faleh\u00a0Fayyad al-Qaisi, and Nawaz al-Qaisi\u00a0chief Al-Haq, participated in In the attack on the U.S. embassy in Baghdad and were personally leading this assault.<\/p>\n

Some experts see the attack on the U.S. embassy as an important turning point in U.S. relations with the Iranian regime.\u00a0This is because, unlike the past, the U.S. has attacked the bases of\u00a0Kataib\u00a0Hezbollah, an Iraqi surrogate group of Iran\u2019s\u00a0Revolutionary Guards in response to the regime\u2019s proxy attacks against U.S. interests, and made no distinction between the Iranian regime and its proxy forces.<\/p>\n
