On Wednesday, the regime\u2019s state-run TV acknowledged that coronavirus cases have been reported in 13 of Iran\u2019s 31 provinces: Qom, Tehran, Markazi, Hamedan, Alborz, Semnan, Mazandaran, Gilan, Kermanshah, Khorasan-e Razavi, Isfahan, Fars and Hormozgan.
