The mullahs&#8217; intention for setting the new unprecedented international record is before anything else to create an atmosphere of fear among Iranian youths who are calling for regime change in Iran.<\/p>\n<p>Shahroudi referred to the unprecedented figure when he described prison conditions and said, &quot;One should spend a night in the prison to see how horrible its conditions are.
