U.S. Ambassador to the IAEA, Laura Holgate, said, &#8220;We note with concern Iran&#8217;s accumulation of heavy water in excess of the limit set forth in the JCPOA of 130 metric tonnes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Iran argued that the excess is for sale. The U.S. Ambassador argued, \u201cIran must strictly adhere to all commitments and technical measures for their duration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/uk.reuters.com\/article\/uk-iran-nuclear-idUKKBN13C179\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"alternate noopener noreferrer\">Reuters noted<\/a> that this clash comes in the wake of the election to the presidency of Donald Trump, a critic of the deal.
