Units are advised not to deal with the matter on their own and to have at least two units involved before approaching them. (audio file attached &#8211; No. 2)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Audio-file-no-2.wma\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Audio file no 2<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Document No. 3: Writing graffiti in Narmak region (part of Tehran) against Ali Khamenei (regime&#8217;s supreme leader) at 7:30 pm on Saturday, April 18, and the SSF commander gives an order for dispatching units to the location saying, &#8220;Dispatch units to (Narmak) square, they have written slogans insulting the leader.&#8221; (audio file attached &#8211; No. 3)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Audio-file-no-3.wma\">Audio file no 3<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Document No. 4: SSF order to deal with the slogan &#8220;death to supreme leader Khamenei&#8221; in Narmak (Tehran) at 1230 on Saturday, April 18, and instructing the center to dispatch a unit to erase the slogan, using &#8220;spray or whatever means possible to erase or change it. The SSF commander says,&#8221; Reverse it with whatever you can, use grease, destroy it with a stone, curve it, use whatever measures possible.&#8221; (audio file attached &#8211; No. 4)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Audio-file-no-4.wma\">Audio file no 4<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Document No. 5 \u2013 Distribution of leaflets in Mallard and instructions for quick investigation and report to the command center at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 11, 2020. The command center sends instructions regarding the &#8220;distribution of leaflets in the past few nights&#8221; (audio file attached No. 5)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Audio-file-no-5.wma\">Audio file no 5<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So far, dozens of brave and defiant youth have been arrested for the above and similar cases<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ncr-iran.org\/en\/alternative\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>National Council of Resistance of
