Mullah\u00a0<\/span>Mojtaba<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Zolnouri<\/span>, a member of the Iranian regime\u2019s parliament<\/span>, while trying to downplay the crime<\/span>s of the<\/span>\u00a0mullahs\u2019 security forces committed during the nationwide Iran protests in November<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0including the<\/span>\u00a0killing\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>1500 protesters, claimed:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cOnly 230\u00a0<\/span>were killed during\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>November incident<\/span>.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK)<\/a>, which was closely tracking the number of the Iran protests martyrs, detainees and wounded, on December 15, 2019, announced<\/a> there were more than 1500 martyrs<\/span>. The MEK also published\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>names and pictures of\u00a0<\/span>over<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>750<\/span>\u00a0martyrs.<\/span><\/p>\n
