The\u00a0People\u2019s\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Mojahedin<\/span>\u00a0Organization of Iran (PMOI<\/a><\/span>-MEK<\/span>)\u202f<\/span>announced this afternoon, June 2<\/span>3<\/span>, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than\u202f<\/span>60,<\/span><\/b>4<\/span><\/b>00<\/span><\/b>\u202fin 33<\/span>9<\/span>\u00a0cities across Iran. The death toll in various provinces include: 4,555 in Khuzestan, 3,435 in Khorasan\u00a0<\/span>Razavi<\/span>, 3,045 in\u00a0<\/span>Gilan<\/span>, 3,125 in Isfahan, 1,930 in Alborz, 1,595 in West Azerbaijan, 1,480 in Kermanshah, 1,465 in\u00a0<\/span>Golestan<\/span>, 1,165 in Fars, 545 in Bushehr, 545 in\u00a0<\/span>Zanjan<\/span>, 480 in\u00a0<\/span>Hormozgan<\/span>, and 395 in\u00a0<\/span>Ilam<\/span>. This is in addition to reports obtained from other provinces.<\/span>

The Iranian Resistance Units, a network of activists of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK) across Iran, have been organizing various activities that are louder calls for regime change. The Resistance Units bravely took to graffiti in public places with the slogans: \u201cDown with Khamenei, viva Rajavi,\u201d \u201cCoronavirus outbreak is the guilt of the Iranian regime & mullahs\u201d and \u201cFreedom and democracy with Maryam Rajavi.\u201d

PMOI\/MEK Resistance Units in Iran mark the day of martyrs & political prisoners<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Iranian Resistance Units, a network of the activists of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK) across Iran, continued their activities across Iran, calling for the overthrow of the mullahs\u2019 regime and commemorating June 20, the anniversary of the resistance against the regime. On June 20, 1981, the mullahs\u2019 regime conducted a brutal crackdown on a large, peaceful rally of the MEK, arresting and executing many of their members. The date marked the beginning of a nationwide resistance movement, which has continued to this day despite the regime\u2019s brutal execution of more than 120,000 MEK members and supporters. The Resistance Units bravely took to posting pictures of Iranian resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and NCRI president-elect Maryam Rajavi. They also graffiti in public places with the slogans that commemorated the martyrs of Iran\u2019s uprisings and vowed to put an end to the rule of the mullahs.<\/p>\n
