NCRI –\u00a0Chief Executive of the Participation Front and the Deputy Minister of Economy and Advisor to the Minister of Energy in the government of Mohammad Khatami, described the fraud of officials a structural problem of the Iranian regime.<\/p>\n
Safaei Farahani says that in the past 38 years people’s rights have been neglected.<\/p>\n
Talking to state run news agency ILNA, in whichthe first part of it was published on Saturday, February 11, he addressed some of the critical aspects of the Iranian regime’s structural and management problems.<\/p>\n
Farahani said: To date, no attention has been paid to policies “that create fundamental changes in society\u201d.<\/p>\n
He mocked\u00a0the officials who always speak of the need for rule of law and said: “a country that has 100 years of parliamentary system still seeks to establish the rule of law.”<\/p>\n
Member of the Central Council of the Participation Front, told ILNA: “Our first problem is the authorities\u2019 fraud. From upper management to bottom, they are strangers to law. Former president told the parliamentarians to enact laws that are easier for us to implement, if they are hard we cannot implement them. Head of the State who should give good news to the people of law enforcement, had such behavior vis-\u00e0-vis the law.”<\/p>\n
As Safaei Farahani is saying, neglecting the law or even ignoring the constitution, is an extra-government and extra-factional problem: \u201cToday we see that a section of the constitution that has been ignored, relates to the people\u2019s rights that have been ignored for the last 38 years.\u201d<\/p>\n
Another slogan repeated by all governments is to fight corruption and lead the country on the path of development. Many experts believe that repeating the slogan of fighting corruption over the decades is the best evidence that it is rooted.<\/p>\n
According to Safaei Farahani, after coming of the Iranian regime to power, \u201cinstead of privatization, they gave the industries to state institutions that have no organized capability to best manage economic institutions\u201d and \u201cthis was the biggest mistake.\u201d<\/p>\n
State-run institutions such as Mostazafan Foundation, who hold a large part of Iran\u2019s economy, work under Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and are not answerable to any other entity.<\/p>\n
The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) is also an organization that has the largest share of Iran\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n
Experts assess that lack of effective monitoring of this part of economic activities that are inder the control of these institutions is one of the main factors for spreading corruption in Iran.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
