The\u00a0People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI)<\/a>\u00a0announced this afternoon, July 6, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than\u00a066,400\u00a0<\/strong>in 342 cities across Iran. The death toll in various provinces include: 5075 in Khuzestan, 4690 in Khorasan Razavi,\u00a0 3255 in Isfahan, 2065 in Alborz, 1945 in East Azerbaijan, 1880 in West Azerbaijan, 1690 in Kermanshah, 1485 in Hamedan, 716 in Ardabil, 675 in Markazi (Central), 670 in Bushehr, 470 in Ilam. This is in addition to reports obtained from other provinces.<\/p>\n

Haft-Tappeh Sugarcane workers continued their strike for the 22nd consecutive day. “We are workers & want out rights, but whenever we raise our voice they name us ‘thugs.’ We pursue our rights in all ways and preserve Haft-Tappeh” a worker said.<\/div>\n
