The Revolutionary Guards and extremist core are handling Iran\u2019s regional policies<\/strong><\/p>\n The Iranian regime is seeking expansionism in the Middle East. CNN quoted UAE\u2019s Foreign Ministry on February 18, and continued there\u2019s a lot of concern among six Persian Gulf states. Concerns over Iranian regime\u2019s expansionist policies in Syria, Yemen, and Iraq which have also been extended to Bahrain.<\/p>\n Arab countries are asking for pressure on the Iranian regime, particularly the Revolutionary Guards.<\/p>\n Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan believes that Iranian regime\u2019s future election show will have little effect on its policies, saying that \u201cif you take a look at Iranian regime\u2019s regional policies, you\u2019ll see that it\u2019s always been handled by the Revolutionary Guards and the regime\u2019s extremist core.\u201d<\/p>\n According to UAE\u2019s Minister of Foreign Affairs, what\u2019s of utmost importance, is to understand that the extremists within the regime are the ones who actually make decisions. They are seeking a religious, expansionist Iran. The majority of people, however, are asking for open doors to the world.<\/p>\n Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan added that \u201cthe Iranian regime must learn to respect the sovereignty of countries. It must accept that it can\u2019t have normal relations with its neighbors while trying to export its beliefs and ideology.\u201d<\/p>\n It is worth mentioning that UAE\u2019s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs \u2018Anwar Qarqash\u2019 also has called for stopping Iranian regime\u2019s interventions. He tweeted on February 20 \u201cJavad Zarif calls for regional talks among (Persian) Gulf states.
