We should not decide to hold the University Entrance Exams, hold mourning ceremonies, etc., contrary to what science tells us to do. [If we do], these will lead to anguish, chaos, and insecurity<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saeed Namaki, regime&#8217;s Health Minister: Health is the central pillar &#8230; but some people think that other issues must be prioritized. Of the one billion euros [approved by Khamenei], we received only 30%, and after that nothing.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Iraj Harirchi, regime&#8217;s Deputy Health Minister: Four doctors and a nurse died [with Coronavirus] on Saturday, all of them specialists in high-ranking positions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The Spokesperson for the Health Ministry: We are witnessing a 25% increase in infection and hospitalizations in Isfahan Province over the past six weeks.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/about-iranian-opposition-pmoi-mek\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">People&#8217;s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK)<\/a> announced on August 12, 2020, that the Coronavirus death toll in 373 cities across Iran had passed 87,300. The number of victims in Tehran is 21,470, Khorasan Razavi 6,388, Khuzestan 6,042, Mazandaran 4,099, Isfahan 3,828, Gilan 3,677, East Azerbaijan 2,500, Central Province 1,043, Semnan 1,090, Bushehr 1,050, Ardabil 1,025, Yazd 990, Zanjan 821, Qazvin 736, Ilam 690, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 577, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad 485, and South Khorasan 444.<\/p>\n<p>Mustafa Moin, head of the regime Supreme Medical Council told IRNA today, &#8220;Only 30 to 40 percent of the country&#8217;s capacity has been used in the management of the Coronavirus crisis. Of course, at the forefront [of this battle], more than 100 percent of the doctors and nurses&#8217; capacity has been deployed; however, in protecting the public&#8217;s health, the necessary resources have not been used. There are also many threats, such as trying to hide the truth for political, economic, and ideological reasons. We should not hide the date of the arrival of the virus. We must follow science, and must not decide contrary to science [such as in holding] the entrance exams, mourning ceremonies, etc&#8230;. If I were in charge, I would not have allowed the University Entrance Exams nor any celebration and mourning ceremonies. This is the ethical and humanitarian perspective. We have not been able to follow the health protocols of no more than ten people in bakery queues, how can we ensure the protocols will be followed in a crowd of a million people (at University Entrance Exams). The consequences of such damages (wrong decisions) will be anguish, chaos, and insecurity &#8230; If we wait for 70% of the population to be affected aiming for collective immunity, we have made a big mistake because, on the one hand, hospitals are overflowing, and on the other hand, those many infections will have horrific fatalities.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Secretariat of the <a target=\"_blank\"
