United States Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, on Friday, announced the designation of 14 Iranian regime officials, including 13 terrorist operatives involved in the assassination of Professor Kazem Rajavi, the representative of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Switzerland, and a renowned human rights defender.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The recent <\/span>U.S. <\/span>designation<\/span><\/a> of the Iranian regime\u2019s 13 terrorist diplomats, who <\/span>assassinated Professor Kazem Rajavi<\/a> in Switzerland in 1990, along with <\/span>the <\/span>recent trial of <\/span>Assadollah<\/span><\/a> Assadi<\/a>, another terrorist diplomat arrested in 2018 for attempting to bomb <\/span>the <\/span>opposition rally<\/span>,<\/span> underlines the need to close all the regime\u2019s embassies <\/span>and hold all terrorists and top officials<\/span> of the mullahs\u2019 regime to account for terrorism. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
