Telegram responded to a question in this regard on its website, saying we are providing our voice service across the globe and in our opinion Iran is no different from any other country in the world. This service will be launched in due time in Iran, the company added.<\/p>\n<p>IT experts believe Telegram\u2019s step by step free voice service launches in Europe, the U.S. and Asia is based on resolving possible glitches, and not aimed at having negotiations between Telegram and the Iranian regime. Technically speaking, voice connection in applications such as Telegram has nothing to do with mobile phone operating systems.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NCRI
