The official death count declared by the regime stands at 26,380, around a fifth of the actual figure. Despite the catastrophic Covid-19 crisis across Iran, regime President Hassan Rouhani took part in a meeting of the National Covid-19 Task Force yet provided very little on how to address this catastrophe. He only discussed \u201cadequate punishment for violations in administrative offices, stores and private businesses, and people in public.\u201d Arrestees of Nov 2019 Uprising Transferred by Force in Tehran Prison According to reports, on September 30, prison guards of the Greater Tehran Penitentiary forcibly relocated political prisoners arrested during the November 2019 uprising in Hall Two of the facility\u2019s Unit Five section. The mullahs\u2019 regime killed at least 1,500 protesters, wounded more than 8,000 and arrested at least 12,000. According to reports prison guards attacked the Fashafoyeh Prison&#039;s hall and relocated the prisoners by force to Unit Two. These transfers take place at a time when there are coronavirus-affected prisoners in other units of the prison, and it is highly possible for the virus to spread due to these recent prisoner transfers. Iran: Political Prisoner in Solitary for Exposing Prison Conditions Political prisoner Soheil Arabi has been denied phone calls and visits in a quarantine ward of Rajaei Shahr Prison in Karaj. An informed source said that \u201cSoheil Arabi, who was transferred to the quarantine ward of Rajai Shahr Prison on September 21, is still being held in this ward and is deprived of phone calls and family visits\u201d. \u201cHis mother is concerned about his son as he had no contact after being transferred to Rajai Shahr Prison,\u201d the source said. On September 18, Soheil Arabi was taken to an unknown location from the Greater Tehran Penitentiary, where he was being held since January 21. The move came after the 35-year-old blogger exposed the \u201cdeplorable condition\u201d of the prison in an audio file leaked out of the notorious jail.
