The Iranian regime\u2019s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, once again on Tuesday warned of possible \u201csecurity threats\u201d concerning his regime. He also complained about the opposition\u2019s role in society.<\/p>\n

While Iranian people are suffering from COVID-19 and its death toll continues to rise<\/a>, Khamenei, as the country\u2019s highest authority, did not even mention this crisis and the people\u2019s suffering.<\/p>\n

Khamenei refused to address the coronavirus crisis because he was concerned about his regime\u2019s \u201csecurity.\u201d Khamenei previously had called<\/a> the COVID-19 pandemic \u201ca blessing,\u201d to control the restive Iranian society. In other words, Khamenei, and his regime, by inaction and cover-up intended to use the coronavirus outbreak and its high mortality rate to form a barrier against popular uprisings.<\/p>\n
