They [MOIS agents] have threatened them against using any hashtags on social medial related to the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/iran-protests-2019-update\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">November uprising<\/a>. They even arrested a friend of my late son, who had only uploaded Mohammad\u2019s photo with a hashtag related to the uprising. After questioning him, they [MOIS agents] confiscated his cellphone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In another desperate spotted on Sunday, the regime\u2019s forces in Behbahan, southwest Iran, destroyed the road to Behesht-e Rezvan cemetery, where martyrs of the November uprising are buried. According to the MEK, the MOIS bureau in Behbahan ordered the destruction of the road to the Behesht-e Rezvan cemetery.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Behbahan, SW <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Iran?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Iran<\/a><br \/>The authorities destroyed &amp; blocked the road leading to Behesht Rezvan Cemetery after the families of protesters killed in Nov. 2019 announced that they will hold an anniversary ceremony for their loved ones. The regime is concerned about <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Iranprotests?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Iranprotests<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/4BKgBzGlz9\">pic.twitter.com\/4BKgBzGlz9<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; IRAN HRM (@IranHrm) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/IranHrm\/status\/1325542051459575808?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 8, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Behbahan was a scene of numerous protests by people. The regime\u2019s forces killed many of the protesters in this town.<\/p>\n<p>The regime\u2019s State Security Forces (SSF) and Revolutionary Guards (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/i\/look-irans-revolutionary-guards\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IRGC<\/a>) slaughtered over <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/ncri-statements\/iran-protests\/27081-over-1-500-killed-in-the-iranian-people-s-nationwide-uprising-names-of-504-martyrs-released\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1500 protesters<\/a> during the major Iran protests. Although the regime\u2019s brutal oppression temporarily stopped protests from spreading, it failed to quell the restive society, which is ready to explode at any time.<\/p>\n<p>The economic and social factors which resulted in the November 2019 protests still exist. People are grappling with poverty, they suffer from 40 years of oppression, and now they are under pressure of the COVID-19 crisis, which is <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/ncri-statements\/iran-coronavirus-death-toll-surpasses-147-600-in-462-cities\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">worsening<\/a> daily due to the regime\u2019s mismanagement.<\/p>\n<p>Now, since the regime fears any commemoration of the martyrs could spark new protests, it desperately tries to prevent them.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the regime has increased its human rights violations to intimidate the public.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, the regime flogged two young men in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irna.ir\/news\/84102625\/%D8%AD%DA%A9%D9%85-%D8%B4%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%82-%D8%AF%D9%88-%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%82-%D8%AE%D8%B4%D9%86-%D8%A8%D9%87-%D8%B5%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%AA-%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%86%DB%8C-%D8%AF%D8%B1-%DA%AF%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%87%D8%A7%D8%B1-%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%B1%D8%A7-%D8%B4%D8%AF\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Golbahar<\/a>, northeast Iran, 74 times for alleged thievery in its latest human rights violations. Recently, the IRGC Commander in Chief, Hossein Salami, announced the creation of a headquarters for fighting \u201cthugs,\u201d a term the regime uses to tarnish defiant youths\u2019 image.<\/p>\n<p>On October 18, the SSF forces in Mashhad killed a young man, Mehrdad Sepehri, by pepper-spraying him in public.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, Mrs. <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.maryam-rajavi.com\/en\/biography\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, the opposition president, on October 8, said: \u201cThe clerical regime tortures and humiliates young people in Iran streets. Black-clad guards encircle and brutalize youths, battering their human dignity in a bid to prevent the outbreak of our nation\u2019s wrath.
