By the time two labor activists were off to Geneva on Saturday, June 12, the airport agents banned their travel.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that the labor activist, Reza Shahabi was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment and a 5-year ban on any syndicate activities by the brutal Judge, Abolghasem Salavati. He received cord injuries as the security agents beat him in time of arrest and during the interrogations.<\/p>\n<p>He served part of his sentence in Ward 350 of Evin Prison and was hospitalized in the hospitals of Tehran due to disease and severe spinal pain several times. He was likely to be struck with paralysis at that time.<\/p>\n<p>Reza Shahabi was among the political prisoners who was beaten in the attack on the Ward 350 of Evin Prison. After that, he was transferred to Gohardasht(Rajai Shahr) Prison of Karaj.<\/p>\n<p>This labor activist was hospitalized for a while in the neurology section in Tehran, as he got weak and sick after
