There have also been general elections in many European countries and in all those elections in all those countries the people have had real policies, real candidates and real choice. For that reason, I watch with concern the development in Iran.<\/p>\n<p>I note the general elections there and I note that the general elections the people of that country didn\u2019t have, they didn\u2019t have real candidates, didn\u2019t have real choices.<\/p>\n<p>They were denied proper elections. What they had was in fact a fake election. And that is betrayal of people. They cheated them and denied them of their democratic rights. So, as the Member of Parliament, I look with great admiration at Mrs. Maryam Rajavi and her supporters who stand up to that government and who say that what is going on in that country is wrong. Doing that takes great strength.<\/p>\n<p>Doing that takes great courage. So, to Mrs. Rajavi and her supporters I send my best wishes.
