Iranians are struggling with poverty, due to the regime\u2019s wrong policies and corruption<\/a>. The state-run media and officials acknowledge the severe economic crisis in Iran and admit it is due to their own policies.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Expensiveness has caused many problems for people<\/span>,\u201d Tasnim news agency, an outlet affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC)<\/a> Quds Force<\/a><\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>wrote on Thursday, quoting\u00a0<\/span>Minister of Interior\u00a0<\/span>Abdolreza<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Rahmani<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Fazli<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But<\/span>\u00a0Iranians know that\u00a0<\/span>the current inflation is due to the regime’s institutionalized corruption and wasting the national wealth\u00a0<\/span>on\u00a0<\/span>the unpatriotic nuclear\u00a0<\/span>project and<\/span>\u00a0funding its terrorist activities abroad.<\/span> Thus, during their uprising in the last few years, people have chanted: \u201cOur enemy is here, they lie it is the U.S.,\u201d and \u201cLet go of Syria, think of us.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, during the regime\u2019s infightings, officials admit that the common<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>destructor of Iran\u2019s economy is the regime\u2019s mismanagement.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>This inefficient state of the country’s economic management must really end. From 2014 to this year, people’s purchasing power has fallen sharply. Our problems today in the social sphere are mainly due to the lack of revolutionary officials. If the officials of this system and the country were jihadists, we\u00a0<\/span>wouldn’t<\/span>\u00a0have these problems<\/span>,\u201d Ahmad\u00a0<\/span>Alam<\/span>–<\/span>ol<\/span>-Hoda<\/span>, the\u00a0<\/span>representative of the regime\u2019s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, in\u00a0<\/span>Mas<\/span>h<\/span>had<\/span>\u00a0said on Friday.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Like Khamenei, his representative refused to give solutions to Iran\u2019s economic crisis. Meanwhile, Iranians are g<\/span>rappling with poverty. \u201c<\/span>The spread of poverty among the people has caused them to remove meat from their basket, and the middle class has reduced its meat consumption. According to the report of the Parliamentary Research Center, in 2019, meat consumption by the middle class has decreased by more than 30% compared to 2016<\/span>,\u201d wrote the state-run ILNA news agency on November 6, 2020.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While people are living in poverty, the regime funds its\u00a0<\/span>illicit<\/span>\u00a0activities, and its officials and<\/span>\u00a0their<\/span> relatives\u00a0live luxurious lives.\u00a0<\/span>\u201c<\/span>Unfair distribution of resources not only makes it impossible for a part of society to enjoy the desired well-being but also affects other individual and social aspects of their lives<\/span>,\u201d wrote the state-run Aftab-e Yazd daily on March 4.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>In addition to the coronavirus, we are witnessing far worse viruses such as high<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>prices, discrimination, rampant inflation, and the devaluation of the national currency, which have disrupted people’s livelihoods and targeted their <\/span>souls<\/span>,\u201d said<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Mohammad Mehdi Farvardin<\/span>, a<\/span>\u00a0Member of Parliament<\/span>,<\/span> on January 19.<\/span><\/p>\n

These economic and social grievances have caused people to\u00a0<\/span>rise up against<\/span> the real source of their problems, which is the mullahs\u2019 regime. The daily protests in Iran and the major uprising in 2018 and 2019 a<\/span>re\u00a0<\/span>testaments to th<\/span>e<\/span> fact that Iranian society is restive and yearns for freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n

This society is\u00a0<\/span>being attracted<\/span>\u00a0to the Iranian Resistance, mainly the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK)<\/a>, and this fact has terrified the regime.<\/span><\/p>\n
