According to him, \u201cmany of these children, whether Iranian or immigrant, lack identity papers and subsequently insurance,&#8221; and therefore they cannot use for free the health centers of the Ministry of Health.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The social deputy of the Iranian Welfare Organization described the situation of children who search in garbage for food as \u201ccritical\u201d and said that these children \u201coften work in hidden layers,\u201d and searching in garbage threatens their \u201cmental health and dignity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following a significant increase in the number of working children in Iran, government agencies have begun collecting working and street children, a plan which, according to the regime officials, has so far been implemented \u201c30 times with no success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian regime instead of using the country\u2019s financial resources to improve livelihoods, achieving employment and improving the living conditions of the people and particularly vulnerable groups<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/23559-iran-the-deliberate-ignoring-of-the-street-and-working-children-issues\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> like children<\/a>, applies repressive plans and punishment of the families who have no choice but forced to or unknowingly send their children to work.<\/p>\n<p>According to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/23607-iran-arrest-of-working-children-adopting-a-failed-scheme-once-again\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> experts<\/a>, these projects instead of fundamental combat against this phenomenon affect disadvantaged and deprived children and victims and put them under more
