Over 1,500 were killed in the Iranian People\u2019s Nationwide Uprising in November 2019.<\/p>\n

In recent days, mullahs\u2019 regime officials, amid their factional feuds, accuse one another of killing innocent protesters during the major Iran protests in November 2019<\/a>. According to the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK)<\/a>, the regime\u2019s security forces killed over 1500 protesters<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Secretary of Iran\u2019s Supreme National Security Council [Ali Shamkhani] recently announced that damages of November 2019 incidents [uprising] to the [regime] could have been prevented. The Minister of Interior is guilty,\u201d said Ahmad\u00a0<\/span>Alirezabeigi<\/span>, a member of the regime\u2019s parliament on\u202f<\/span>Thursday<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He accused the regime\u2019s Minister of Interior,\u00a0<\/span>Abdolreza<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Rahmani<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Fazli<\/span>, of having \u201cpeople\u2019s blood on his hands,\u201d adding that \u201che is not qualified to have the dangerous responsibility] of holding the regime\u2019s sham presidential elections and asked for his impeachment.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Alirezabeigi\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0words highlight that\u00a0<\/span>th<\/span>e regime\u2019s grip on power is in danger<\/span>, as the sham presidential elections could lead to a nationwide uprising.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fearing people\u2019s reaction, the regime\u2019s Ministry of Interior tried to downplay its role in killing innocent protesters during the major Iran protests in November 2019. While calling Iranian people \u201cthugs,\u201d the Parliamentary Deputy Minister of Interior \u202f<\/span>said<\/span><\/a>: \u201cin dealing with thugs, unfortunately, some of our compatriots, as well as security forces lost their lives or wounded.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently<\/span><\/a>, Mahmoud Sadeghi, a former member of parliament, also admitted the regime killed innocent civilians.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIn commissions tasked with handling [the November uprising] asked if there was any sign of opposition groups, but they said no. I told Mr. Shamkhani that these are people. They are killing people in the street. What are you doing? Will you continue to kill if they remain in the streets? Shamkhani said, yes, we will do it,\u201d\u00a0<\/span>Sadgheri<\/span>\u00a0said in a video circulating on social media.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is worth noting that\u00a0<\/span>Rahmani<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Fazli<\/span>\u00a0had blatantly defended his role in killing protesters and imposing an internet blackout during the major Iran protests in November 2019.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey say\u00a0<\/span>Rahmani<\/span>\u00a0shut down the internet on those days. I surely did because they were commanding and training [people] through the internet. Why are people upset? They were looking to start a civil war. As the country\u2019s security officials, we had been tracking their activities; they were planning for months,\u201d\u00a0<\/span>Rahmani<\/span>\u00a0said in June 2020.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
