Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the clerical regime, appointed Hussein Fada’i, a notorious torturer of Evin prison and one of the IRGC commanders during the Iran-Iraq War, as the head of its inspection office. The task of which is to justify and facilitate the assassinations, killings and looting of people’s property by Khamenei and his associated organs. Before Fada’i, mullah Nategh Nouri, from Khamenei\u2019s faction, held this position for many years; however, he inevitably left it because of not supporting the candidacy of Ibrahim Raisi in the lates sham \u201cpresidential elections.\u201d<\/p>\n
Fada’i , who was a frantic advocate of Raisi in the regime\u2019s presidential election, was one of the founders of the “Islamic Revolution Mujahdeen Organization”, a body of torture and repression in the mullahs’ regime. In an interview, he says: “The main department of Ward 209 of Evin Prison, which was the PMOI ward, was under the supervision of the prosecutor and the Revolutionary Guards, and the main activities were conducted by our guys. Me and Mr. Armin and Mr. Zolghadr and the other guys were together. Mr. Armin was an interrogator. All groups of the organization (Islamic Revolution Mujahdeen Organization) were directly or indirectly involved with in this issue.”(Fars News Agency, February 3, 2009).<\/p>\n
Fars News Agency of IRGC wrote on October 31, 2017, in connection with the Fada’i: \u201cFeda\u2019i contributed greatly to attracting and organizing the youth to the “Islamic Revolution Committee, the Islamic Association of factories, and many other revolutionary institutions”, and at various stages of the war (Iran – Iraq), he served as Commander of a Navy battalion, Commander of Khatam Al-Awsiya Brigade and Commander of the Headquarters of War Emergencies of the IRGC Ministry in the south, and Commander of the Central Command of War Emergencies. ”<\/p>\n
He also served for a while as a liaison and representative of IRGC and IRGC Ministry at the parliament. Also, he was for some time the director general of the Mostazafan Foundation in Tehran, which has been plundering the people\u2019s assets.<\/p>\n
