According to the state-run media, the regime continues this inhumane policy by not procuring vaccines or using the vaccination to further plunder people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The regime has recently announced a plan, allowing private companies to import vaccines and sell them to people. These so-called private companies are the front companies linked to the Revolutionary Guards (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/inside-irans-army-of-terror-and-oppression-revolutionary-guards-irgc\/\" rel=\"noopener\">IRGC<\/a>) or the regime\u2019s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. In a nutshell, under the mullahs\u2019 regime, Iran is the only country where people are slowly vaccinated and must pay for accelerated vaccination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cA paid out-of-line vaccination means corruption, people\u2019s mistrust, discrimination, black market, and another unpredicted issue,\u201d wrote the State-run Javan daily on Monday. \u201cWhile the number of casualties increases daily, and the Covid-19 black ink spreads on our country\u2019s map, the spokesman for the National Coronavirus Combat Task Force [NCCTF] explicitly speaks of receiving money for changing priorities,\u201d Javan daily wrote, underlining that \u201cprioritizing vaccines for rich people will not only tarnish the image of justice in health. It will pose a serious obstacle to controlling the disease.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThe NCCTF has shown with its recent decisions that created a critical situation and brought the death toll from under 100 to over 400, is more effective in spreading the disease than it is in countering it. The coronavirus illness has been a test for all governments. The mullahs have shown that not only are they indifferent to the health of the people, but even worse, they see this deadly virus as a \u201cblessing\u201d and an \u201copportunity\u201d to extend their rule, to the point that each day the death toll rises in Iran, surpassing the 200,000 thresholds. From the outset when the virus reached Iran, unlike other governments, Iran\u2019s regime failed to adopt standard procedures such as issuing an urgent alert, imposing quarantine measures, providing for the people\u2019s necessary provisions during quarantine, and increasing medical facilities to control the disease. Instead, its policy was to minimize the threat and cover up the realities. After 200,000 deaths, public demand for a viable vaccine is growing louder each day. Yet, there are no signs that the authorities are dedicating a budget or adequately administrating the situation or even preparing the necessary resources. The regime\u2019s leaders resort to any excuse to justify their inaction, and officials even lay the blame on various obstacles in the way of purchasing and importing vaccines. As in the case of Covid-19, they have turned its vaccine into a political issue as well, which will only result in a rising death toll. \u201cThe root of all the problems is the White House!\u201d said Hassan Rouhani on December 9, 2020. Abdolnaser Hemmati, head of Iran\u2019s Central Bank, also claimed on December 7 that U.S. sanctions do not permit the transfer of funds or the purchase of the vaccine through COVAX! Meanwhile, COVAX, the organization endorsed by the World Health Organization to distribute the vaccine, immediately responded that there was no \u201clegal barrier\u201d before Iran procuring vaccines through COVAX as the U.S. Treasury\u2019s Office on Foreign Assets Control had issued a license covering coronavirus vaccine procurement. Iran\u2019s state-controlled Aftab-e Yazd daily wrote on December 14: \u201cRegarding the coronavirus vaccine, officials have said that it is not possible to import foreign vaccines, but we are witnessing that vaccines have been imported from reliable countries and are being used by officials, along with their children and associates.\u201d It is thus clear that the problem lies not in sanctions, the US or bank transfers. In reality, importing vaccines from trusted international companies would eliminate the huge profit that could otherwise be made by pharmaceutical cartels that are essentially run by the Revolutionary Guards. Thus, Iranian regime officials are hyping up a so-called \u2018domestic vaccine\u2019 and are willing to pay its price with the lives of the Iranian people even if the mullahs\u2019 policies cause the death toll to climb beyond the 200,000 mark. Thus, it is crystal clear that bogus claims such as \u2018sanctions\u2019, \u2018US restrictions\u2019 and \u2018restrictions on wire transfers\u2019 are simply excuses to not import credible COVID-19 vaccines to vaccinate Iran\u2019s general public. They pave the path to sacrifice the Iranian people and crossing the 200,000 deaths threshold. All of this is so that the potential for profit by the Revolutionary Guards pharmaceutical mafia does not disappear. In reality, Khamenei and Rouhani do not want to provide a vaccine, unless they are forced to under pressure by the people. For ten months the regime benefitted from the coronavirus to delay an uprising. Now the mullahs\u2019 mafia are using its vaccine to make sure that the people\u2019s attention and energy is not diverted from the coronavirus. The exponential rise in the death toll, which has surpassed 200,000, indicates that this crisis will continue. If the regime genuinely wanted to control the virus, it would have supported the nation financially like other countries so that people would remain under quarantine without concerns over how to provide food for their families. All the facts and the last ten months of the coronavirus in Iran indicate that the mullahs\u2019 regime neither wants to nor can bring the virus under control. Since Khamenei\u2019s number one priority is preserving his regime, he will use the nation\u2019s resources on nothing other than their nuclear weapons initiatives, exporting terrorism, and funding his suppressive forces to counter any uprising. In one word, he seeks only to maintain his detested religious dictatorship intact. Therefore, the only solution for ridding Iran of the coronavirus is to rid Iran of the mullahs\u2019 regime. Because obtaining approval from the Ministry of Health means a huge profit for the drug owner,\u201d Jahan-e Sanat article reads.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Khamenei and IRGC have been executing this plan through their \u201cprivate companies.\u201d One of these companies is Barkat Pharmaceuticals Holding Company. Barkat\u2019s parent company owns 60.6 percent of the Alborz Investment Group, the second-largest pharmaceutical holding company in the country. Companies in this conglomerate include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Alborz Pharmaceuticals Company<br \/>\n&#8211; Sobhan Pharmaceuticals Company (manufactures pills)<br \/>\n&#8211; Iran Pharmaceuticals Company<br \/>\n&#8211; Tolid Pharmaceuticals Company<br \/>\n&#8211; Sobhan Oncology Company \u2013 Manufactures Paclitaxel, licensed by the Swiss pharmaceutical company Stragen.<br \/>\n&#8211; KBC (importer)<br \/>\n&#8211; Alborz Distributors<br \/>\n&#8211; Alborz Ascend Investment Company<br \/>\n&#8211; Alborz Balak Company<br \/>\n&#8211; Farabi Pharmaceutical Manufacturer (17 percent)<br \/>\n&#8211; Razak Pharmaceutical Manufacturer (12 percent)<br \/>\n&#8211; Ati Farmed Company (51 percent)<br \/>\n&#8211; BioSun Company (20 percent)<br \/>\n&#8211; Alborz-Zagros Company<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Khamenei, on January 8, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/by-banning-import-of-covid-19-vaccine-khamenei-confirms-his-intention-of-killing-irans-people\/\" rel=\"noopener\">banned<\/a> the import of certified Covid-19 vaccines. He had two plans: First, use the increasing number of casualties as a barrier to people\u2019s uprising. Secondly, he was planning to profit from the so-called \u201cdomestic\u201d vaccine. People\u2019s protests continue across Iran despite the Covid-19 outbreak, showing that Khamenei has failed in using this virus to control society. Now with the intensifying Covid-19 crisis, state-run media warn of people\u2019s backlash.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cIt has been 14 months since the coronavirus outbreak, and people have been forced to reduce contact and are in isolation.
