Rubino is part of the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ln.rubika.ir\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Rubika<\/a> application and one of the substitutes of popular foreign applications like Instagram in Iran. The developer of the application is called Tosca Business Development Company, which owns the exclusive rights to all commercial advertisements from the state media. The report addresses a variety of issues, including the critical situation during the pandemic, the issuance of death sentences, and the government&#8217;s impunity for human rights abuses in the country. According to the report, journalists and individuals calling for a boycott of the election were detained or harassed by security forces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rapporteur reiterated the lack of accountability of individuals and institutions that have violated the rights of Iranian citizens, such as the crackdown in November 1998 and the downing of the PS752 Ukrainian aircraft. Compensation to the families of these people can in no way replace the serious prosecution and punishment of the perpetrators. According to this report, Iran is ranked 79th, which is among the countries with very low internet speeds.
