The meaning of the national network is a network that is completely under the control of the regime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the regime&#8217;s Minister of Islamic Guidance, 80 percent of Farsi language information in cyberspace is transmitted via Telegram, and according to the regime&#8217;s parliamentarians, &#8220;Telegram filtering damages 200,000 jobs and renders half a million people in financial distress.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Khamenei said during a meeting with the regime&#8217;s leaders on June 12, 2017, &#8220;In the cyberspace, the most important thing is the National Information Network.
