People are suffering due to this corruption and the regime\u2019s wrong economic policies. The situation has reached a point that Iran\u2019s state media and regime officials acknowledge a part of these crises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cIran\u2019s rising inflation rate has become a regular economic indicator with a devastating effect on the country\u2019s economy, mainly on the Iranian families\u2019 lives,\u201d wrote the state-run Mardom Salarie daily on September 19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThe income of the families does not meet all their needs. As inflation has risen, some have become poorer, and others have become richer, which has widened the class divide and dissatisfaction with the economic and social situation,\u201d Mardom Salarie added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mardom Salarie acknowledged that \u201cnearly 25 million families live in Iran. According to economists, about 40 percent of them receive less <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/iranian-teachers-monthly-salary-down-from-900-to-under-300\/\" rel=\"noopener\">salary<\/a> than approved the laws of the Ministry of Labor, and some receive even less. In a statistic announced some time ago, the Central Bank said that the poverty line in the country has reached about 10 million Tomans, while the official income in this country barely reaches 5 million Tomans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Iranians have such a low income, while according to Mardom Salarie, \u201cinflation in Iran\u2019s economy has not stopped and is increasing. Iran has large natural resources and the potential to improve the lives of all Iranians. In addition, Iran owns 7% of mines of the world, the largest hydrocarbon sources (Oil and Gas) in the world, 9.3% of the world\u2019s oil and 18% of the world\u2019s gas, and Iran itself has more natural sources than the entire EU area. But Iran is ruled by a dictatorship that spends all its wealth in terrorism and suppression. The fact is that Iran is ruled by a corrupt government that has looted Iranian people\u2019s property to extend its rule. Iran under mullahs ranked 93rd in the world in health care, in welfare, Iranian people are ranked 108 out of 149 countries and the Iranian regime is on the top of the list of countries suffering from state-run money laundering and this is one of the reasons that the Iranian regime is ranked 138 in the world in corruption and also among top countries with high inflation rates Iranian workers\u2019 monthly salary is less than &#36;100 and Iran is the only country that uses all its renewable water resources and is being pushed toward an irreversible water crisis by the government. Moreover, Iran has some of the most dangerous roads in the world and is among the top countries in road fatalities. The mismanagement of Iran&#039;s economy has led to mass dissatisfaction and protests. The people of Iran believe they deserve better. In the past year, Iranian people have taken to the streets to reclaim their country and destiny.\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"lL\" style=\"max-width:100%;width:853px;margin:5px;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Many experts have examined Iran\u2019s economic <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/economy\/irans-worsening-economic-crisis-an-uprising-in-the-horizon\/\" rel=\"noopener\">crisis<\/a>. The regime and its apologists try to blame sanctions for the current economic recession in Iran. But as some officials and state media acknowledge the regime\u2019s role in creating and amplifying these crises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThe [regime\u2019s] laws generate corruption, and if the current trend continues, we will lose 80% of our political legitimacy,\u201d said MP Hassan Lotfi on September 19, according to the state-run Royedade 24.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cUnfortunately, the number of [economic] laws is increasing daily. For example, we have about 800 legal titles in taxing alone. In such a situation, we sometimes see that a person in charge of tax affairs, according to his own taste, uses the \u2018good law\u2019 for someone he likes. When he does not like the client, the same administrator applies the \u2018bad law,\u2019\u201d Lotfi adds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThe cause of economic <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/publications\/corruption-in-the-islamic-republic-of-iran-or-rather-a-republic-of-sultans-1\/\" rel=\"noopener\">corruption<\/a> is the lack of transparency. Now the question I ask is which government resources are transparent? Which information system does the media have access to? How do people know how much we are paid in the parliament? According to Ardabil general prosecutor, the complex is worth over &#36;10 million. But the Iranian Privatization Organization sold the complex to the private sector for &#36;400,000. The buyer is the head of Iranian Privatization Organization Abdollah Poorhosseini! Basically, the seller and the buyer were the same person Haft Tapeh Sugarcane Agro-Industry Co. worths &#36;260 million was sold to a young regime-affiliated person for &#36;90 million. In Kermanshah province, 3 silos, worth &#36;15 million, were sold for less than &#36;4 million. Tabriz Machinery Manufacturing Factory, worth &#36;500 million, was sold for &#36;6 million. Heavy Equipment Production Company (HEPCO), Al-Mahdi Aluminum factory and dozens of heavy factories were handed over to regime affiliates. So privatization by the Iranian regime means euphemism for Iranian regime officials\u2019 plundering the wealth and assets of Iran.\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"lL\" style=\"max-width:100%;width:853px;margin:5px;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cOne of the main reasons for inflation is the growing budget deficit and the government\u2019s inability to resolve this issue,\u201d Mardom Salarie wrote in this regard. To compensate for its budget deficit, the regime started banknote printing, increasing Iran\u2019s liquidity. Since the production rate was far behind the liquidity growth, Iran\u2019s inflation rate rapidly increased and continues this rising trend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to Mardom Salarie, Iran\u2019s <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/economy\/irans-rising-inflation-rate-and-skyrocketing-prices-and-their-effects-on-people\/\" rel=\"noopener\">inflation rate<\/a> has reached \u201cmore than 45% this August. This is an unprecedented figure, and it is predicted to reach 60% with the current budget deficit and Tehran\u2019s inability to grow trade.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cIn this situation, the government should either control inflation or prevent the increase of prices by subsidizing the consumer or increase the salaries so that the people can cover their expenses. But while the government is facing a budget deficit and has its hand in people\u2019s pockets. It\u2019s unlikely that this will happen,\u201d Mardom Salarie wrote.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cTherefore, it seems that in the coming weeks and months, the situation of the families will worsen, and this will cause more goods and services to be removed from people\u2019s tables,\u201d Mardom Salarie adds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As MP Lotfi acknowledged, the regime has long lost its political legitimacy after years of corruption coupled with oppression.
