Despite the dispatch of anti-riot police to the scene, the farmers continued to protest for their right to water and marched through the city. Mohsen Dalvand blamed the victim while claiming: &#8220;The driver of the car fled the scene as soon as he saw a police patrol&#8230; and after about a kilometer, he was stopped by our colleagues and the woman who was the driver&#8217;s wife was shot.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Contrary to these blatant lies, the widow driver of the car, whose wife was killed, said: &#8220;Why did you shoot us when the car stopped?
