Company managers have lowered their pay. Thus, Khamenei easily pulled Ebrahim Raisi out of the ballot box to close ranks in his regime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ahmad Janati, head of the Guardian Council, in a letter to Larijani explained why he was disqualified.
