Ali Akbar Salehi, the Iranian regime\u2019s former Foreign Minister and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization acknowledged that Tehran\u2019s terrorism and diplomacy go hand-in-hand and that all major regime\u2019s agencies and ministries serve its policy of exporting terrorism.<\/p>\n

He made this unprecedented admission in his January 1, 2022, interview with the state-run Akharin Khabar website, on the second anniversary of Qassem Soleimani, the eliminated commander of the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) Quds Force.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe coordinated [with Soleimani and Quds Force] to appoint ambassadors to Libya and Tunisia because these countries needed \u2018special\u2019 ambassadors due to their unique circumstances,\u201d Salehi said. \u201cIn other words, our ambassadors to those countries should have been diplomats and have field experience at the same time. We chose our ambassadors after coordinating with commander Soleimani. Peyman Jebeli, the current head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), became our ambassador to Tunisia and Hossain Akbari became our ambassador to Libya,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The field is a euphemism the regime uses for its terrorist activities.<\/h3>\n

Salehi also acknowledged how the regime used various tactics and covers to meddle in Arab countries, including Iran\u2019s Red Crescent. It is worth noting that Saeed Ghasemi, one of the former IRGC top commanders, revealed<\/a> in 2019 an interview with the state-run internet channel, Aparat, that in the 90s, he had visited Bosnia to train Muslim fighters against the Serbs while wearing the Iranian Red Crescent uniform.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen conflicts happened in Libya, I consulted [Soleimani], and he told me to travel to Libya. This trip coincided with Gadhafi\u2019s downfall, and the conflict had not fully ended. In Libya, I saw our friends at the Quds Force had provided the means to produce prosthesis with the held of the Red Crescent to help the revolutionary Libyan forces,\u201d Salehi said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we speak of the Quds Force, everyone thinks that it is just a military force. But in fact, the Quds Force is a cultural force and a helping hand. The Quds Force has a military section, but it focuses more on cultural activities and humanitarian aid,\u201d Salehi brazenly claimed.<\/p>\n

The IRGC Quds Force modus operandi for pursuing its \u201ccultural and humanitarian goals\u201d consists of using Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) or suicide bombings to \u201csurprise\u201d people. The heart-wrenching scenes of butchered Syrian children and decapitated innocent Iraqis by the Quds Force are quite telling of this terrorist force\u2019s endeavors to provide humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n

\"Ali-Akbar-Salehi-1\"Salehi confirmed the fact by acknowledging, \u201cIn Syria, some military capabilities of the Quds Force were revealed.\u201d These military capabilities include bombing residential areas and chemical attacks on innocent civilians to probe Bashar-Al Assad\u2019s dictatorship.<\/p>\n

Salehi also acknowledged Soleimani\u2019s destructive role in Iraq and the use of proxy terrorist groups to implement the regime\u2019s doctrine of exporting \u201crevolution\u201d to the region.<\/p>\n

\u201cSoleimani had a unique character due to his field experience. Therefore, many of those who assumed offices in Iraq were close friends of Soleimani and in contact with him. His achievements in Iraq are due to his previous relations with these people and their mutual trust,\u201d Salehi said.<\/p>\n

It is worthy of note that these so-called \u201cIraqi officials\u201d were the regime\u2019s operatives and part of 32,000 agents the Iranian Resistance revealed to be on the regime\u2019s payroll in the early 2000s in Iraq.<\/p>\n

Salehi admitted to Soleimani\u2019s close relationship with ISIS. \u201cSome crises happened in the region, and [Soleimani] had to get involved. Despite all the conflicts, when ISIS wanted to relocate its forces, it always said if \u2018commander Soleimani gave us assurance, we will transfer our forces to another region.\u2019 This is particularly important.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amid the regime\u2019s factional feuding, Salehi\u2019s successor, Mohammad Javad Zarif<\/a>, had also acknowledged in a leaked interview<\/a> in April 2021 that the regime\u2019s \u201cForeign Ministry had a security structure.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSince its foundation, our Foreign Ministry has faced security issues. The Ministry\u2019s designated mandate since the revolution has been the security-political agenda. In the 1990s, the economic branch of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was closed down and replaced by regional administration with more political-security orientations,\u201d he said. Zarif had previously said he had regular meetings with Soleimani.<\/p>\n

During his hearing confirmation at the regime\u2019s Majlis (parliament), current Foreign Minister, Hossain Amir Abdollahian<\/a>, said he will continue \u201cSoleimani\u2019s path.\u201d \u201cIn western Asia, we seek to institutionalize the achievements of the \u2018Axis of Resistance\u2019 and, in the East, we seek to use the capacities of emerging economic powers to develop our economy and international trade,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The Iranian regime\u2019s diplomats have long implemented the regime\u2019s terrorist objectives.<\/h3>\n

In 2018, European authorities arrested Iran\u2019s Vienna-based diplomat-terrorist, Assadollah Assadi, and three accomplices for attempting to bomb the Iranian Resistances annual rally in France.<\/p>\n

This startling admission reaffirms what the Iranian Resistance has underscored for four decades, that Tehran uses its diplomatic outposts as a hub for espionage and terrorism. As such, it is high time for the West to take firm action and shut down the regime\u2019s embassies, and expel its agents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
