The regime calls its initiative the \u2018Cyberspace Users Rights Protection Plan.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cWhile many countries around the world have enacted laws in the field of cyberspace, the plan to legalize cyberspace met with a thought-provoking fate that needs to be explored,\u201d the paper lamented.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The reference to \u201cthought-provoking fate\u201d is a clear admission of the regime\u2019s failure, which intended to hand over control of the internet to repressive forces and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irannewsupdate.com\/news\/infightings\/irans-internet-censorship-deadlock\/\">intelligence organizations<\/a>, primarily to prevent future protests.
