For 26 years, this regime has refused to receive the UN Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights in Iran, and for 17 years, no other UN Special Rapporteurs on human rights issues have been allowed to enter Iran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">The clerical regime is also trying to cover up the astronomical plundering and widespread corruption of its officials, and their squandering of the Iranian people\u2019s wealth and resources on developing the unpatriotic nuclear and missile projects and warmongering in the region, which are the main cause of poverty, unemployment, and inflation at home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">The Iranian Resistance strongly condemns the clerical regime\u2019s manipulation of the United Nations, its bodies, and rapporteurs, which undermines the human rights situation in Iran, and is aimed at whitewashing the crimes it has perpetrated. The United Nations must hold Ebrahim Raisi, the henchman of the 1988 massacre, accountable; and investigate the massacre of protesters during the November 2019 uprising, as well as the downing of the Ukrainian passenger plane in January 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>Secretariat of the <a target=\"_blank\"
