According to a local human rights organization, Younes was arrested on Sunday, August 14, and severely tortured for 18 days. Younes was accused by the MOIS of cooperating with a Kurdish opposition group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On Thursday, September 1, a &#8220;kulbar&#8221; (poor freight carrier who carries heavy loads over the border for making a living) named &#8220;Ayoub Moloudi&#8221; was shot and injured by the regime&#8217;s border regiment on the border of Nowsud, the western part of the country. The criminal security forces directly shot this citizen without prior warning and from a close distance. Ayoub was wounded in the thigh and left hand. Mr. Moloudi has been transferred to Quds Paveh Hospital for medical treatment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On the same day, another &#8220;kulbar&#8221; named &#8220;Reza Hasani&#8221; (30) was injured due to direct firing by security forces at the &#8220;Hengehjal&#8221; border of Baneh and was transferred to Salahuddin Ayubi Baneh hospital for medical treatment. The border regiment soldiers have also shot at this &#8220;kulbar&#8221; without prior warning and from close range.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"kulbar-named-Karim-Rasouli-1\" class=\"size-full wp-image-263213 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/kulbar-named-Karim-Rasouli-1.jpg\" alt=\"kulbar-named-Karim-Rasouli-1\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/kulbar-named-Karim-Rasouli-1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/kulbar-named-Karim-Rasouli-1-150x84.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Also on September 1, another &#8220;kulbar&#8221; named Karim Rasouli, son of Hasan from the city of Baneh was injured by security forces. According to an informed source, the soldiers directly fired at this &#8220;kulbar&#8221; with a shotgun from close range and without prior warning. The &#8220;kulbar&#8221; has reportedly been transferred to Baneh medical centers for treatment. This is the fourth case of suicide of young people under 18 years old in the last two months in the city of Kamiyaran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to a human rights organization, following the death of his cousin, Karzan Saberi ended his life by taking pills. According to this report, Mohammad Hassan Kehrari was arrested and sentenced to death two years ago on narcotics-related charges. According to a local source, the body of Shahdad was handed over to his family by a forensic doctor and buried.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Iran has been witnessing an increase in the number of suicides among teenagers and children, mostly in Kurdistan province. At least 40 boys under the age of 18 have committed suicide in different cities of Kurdistan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A young woman from Urmia, identified as the 27-year-young Lemia Saeed Haroyan committed suicide and ended her life on Wednesday, August 31. According to a local human rights organization, Lemia committed self-immolation after her sister&#8217;s wedding ceremony and died due to severe burning. The motive for her actions has not been made public so far.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"ashkan-jamshidi\" class=\"size-full wp-image-263210 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/ashkan-jamshidi.jpg\" alt=\"ashkan-jamshidi\" width=\"300\" height=\"154\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/ashkan-jamshidi.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/ashkan-jamshidi-150x77.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>A student from Sanandaj, identified as the 20-year-young Ashkan Jamshidi was arrested by the forces of the Ministry of Intelligence and his fate is still unknown. According to a local human rights organization, Ashkan was arrested on Sunday, August 28, while going to work. MOIS agents arrested him without presenting any judicial documents or justification. A minibus and a truck crashed on the morning of August 30, 2022. Sixteen were killed and eight wounded. Ten female seasonal workers were among the dead. Another\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/women.ncr-iran.org\/2022\/04\/30\/female-workers-in-iran-2\/\" rel=\"noopener\">young woman<\/a>, 20, suffered a ruptured liver and needed to undergo surgery.
