In its verdict, the court stressed that the murder was orchestrated by the regime&#8217;s highest authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Following the decision by the Court in Rome, Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, called for indictment of those who planned or perpetrated Mr Naghdi&#8217;s murder by the Italian justice.
