\"NCRIThe Security and Counterterrorism Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) deems it necessary to make public the contents of some directives and reports by the Revolutionary Guards Corps<\/a> (IRGC) regarding its modus operandi and the regime\u2019s policy to counter the uprising.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some of the documents, carrying the signatures and seals of IRGC commanders, will be published in subsequent statements and are in the possession of the Secretariat of the NCRI. They are available for examination by any competent international authority.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All of the regime\u2019s suppressive forces, garrisons, and organs, including the IRGC, the State Security Force<\/a>, and the Ministry of Intelligence, including plainclothes agents and different forces and special units, operate under the command of Sarallah Garrison, commanded by IRGC commander-in-chief Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami. His deputy, who signs the orders, is IRGC Brig. Gen. Hossein Nejat. IRGC Brig. Gen. Hassan Hassanzadeh is the Commander of the Greater Tehran Protection Corps, and his deputy coordinator is IRGC Brig. Gen. Mahmoud Tavakoli.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to stabilize the security situation in Tehran and prevent possible unrest, it is necessary to implement the following on October 9, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A- Stationing forces in the morning:<\/strong><\/p>\n

By deploying security brigades and units, and auxiliary headquarters\u2019 brigades, operational bases can demonstrate the prowess of the security forces. They should implement this directive from 09:30 am at the following points.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The operational division should be deployed in the form of motorbike mobile battalions from 09:30 am in the following locations:<\/p>\n

    B- Stationing forces in the afternoon:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Operational Garrison, while recalling 100% of all Basij battalions and officers of brigades, units, and Basij Resistance areas from 15:00 hours, proceed with their deployment with priority in the following points:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Three battalions in Naziabad district under the responsibility of Brother Abedini<\/li>\n
    • Enghelab Street from Enghelab Square to Vali-e Asr Intersection under the responsibility of Brother Ma\u2019navi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • Regarding the monitoring of night missions, units and areas of Basij resistance should take action.<\/li>\n
                  • The operational bases should carefully arrange and station the Beit Al-Moqadas, Imam Hossein, and Imam Ali battalions where units and brigades are engaged in clashes.<\/li>\n
                  • Activate your command post from 09:00 am.<\/li>\n
                  • Observe safety and security considerations in the execution of the mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
