Therefore, the operational bases should contact the commanders of the reserve ranks of the headquarters and brief them about the mission.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">All Imam Hossein battalions are to be under the operational control of the districts and be ready to be dispatched.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each of the security battalions with two 30-motorcycle battalions, each of the security brigades with five 30-motorcycle battalions, and the operational division with five 30-motorcycle battalions to be stationed according to the October 12 plan from 9:00 am and be ready to reduce the battalions into smaller units and station in active centers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The New Warfare Unit to deploy a 20-motorcycle battalion from 9:00 am with the coordination of Nasr and Quds Garrisons.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The organizations of the Basij force in offices and among workers, deploy one battalion each from 9:00 am with the coordination of Nasr and Quds Garrisons.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Basij Resistance Districts to call their Imam Ali battalions from 4:00 pm and deploy in their territorial proximity in accordance with instructions of the Operational Garrisons.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beit ol-Moqaddas battalions should be ready to be called and implement check, search and use spotlights (for identification purposes).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">50% of Imam Ali battalions brigades and units are to be deployed and the other 50% should be ready to be deployed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The district battalions of Imam Ali with a capacity of at least 40 motorcycles should be called and be ready to engage.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The districts should stage check, search, and lighting from 6:00 pm.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fatehin units should be ready to deploy all its battalions.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Activate your command post from noon.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Operational Division patrols the Imam Ali Highway between Azadegan and Damavand from 12:30 am with the help of two motorcycle patrol teams accompanied by a car in order to arrest the graffiti writers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aal-e Muhammad Brigade to patrol the Imam Ali Highway between Damavand and Artesh in order to arrest the graffiti writers, using a vigilant unit of two motorcycle patrol teams accompanied by a car.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">The 69<sup>th<\/sup> Battalion to patrol the 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0District from 12:30 am in order to arrest the graffiti writers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Every Resistance district should
