Otherwise,what\u2019s the point of \u201d  I want to emphasize to the civil society &amp; states &amp; especially to  states &amp;  in .   Conf:The current SP.Rapporteur who dropped  from his report might have been under pressure to drop this from his agenda. He must reply to the families of the victims &amp;survivors.<br \/>  1\/2  expert:\u201c.Special Rapporteur on truth &amp;justice,as well as the rapporteur on torture &amp;arbitrary detention must also look into this.This is a matter for the  Council &amp;the UPR. &amp;  have a long history&amp;have continued during \u2019s tenure.The regime has carried out450 terrorist attacks against political dissidents.The perpetrators must b brought to justice. It has underlined that if the perpetrators are not held to account before a tribunal, more crimes and massacres will take place. Amnesty called it a crime against humanity.
