There was news of the attack being conducted from Iran. Some of the U.S. officials said the attack on Saudi\u2019s oil fields was approved by the regime\u2019s Supreme Leader.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On September 23, 2019, in a joint statement France, Germany, and Britain declared they have no doubts about the Iranian regime\u2019s responsibility in the attacks on Saudi Arabia.
