Even those who work at Labor Ministry which is being the &quot;watch- dog&quot; of labor-management relation are considered part-time labors. The [employers] are reluctant to hire fulltime workers. Therefore, labor law revisory armaments do not help the investment and production.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>He added, &#8220;Today, the fulltime workers are fired by their employers and then rehired by the same institutions as contract workers, &#8220;(the state-run news agency ILNA reported yesterday).<\/p>\n<p>The shocking admissions by Zafarzadeh demonstrate that fulltime hiring of workers has no place in the regime&#8217;s labor laws. This is just a small sample of what is imposed on the deprived Iranian workers. <\/p>\n<p>The regime not only imposes suppressive regulations on workers but it resorts&nbsp;&nbsp; to cruel measures against them.
