Today, on Friday, April 21, the courageous people of Zahedan took to the streets of the city after the Eid al-Fitr prayer to protest. They chanted slogans such as “Khamenei, shame on you; leave the country”, “One hundred years of crime, death to this regime”, “Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Leader (Khamenei)”, “I will kill whoever killed my brother”, “Death to Basiji”, and “Basij and IRGC, you are our ISIS”.<\/p>\n
Concurrently, in Mahabad, Saqqez, Bukan, Sanandaj, Diwandara, and various other Kurdish cities, despite facing repressive measures, the Kurdish compatriots paid solemn tribute to the memory of the martyrs by visiting their graves and singing revolutionary hymns. They chanted slogans such as “Death to the dictator”, “We swear on the blood of those fallen that we will continue this path to the end!”, and “Martyr never dies”, reaffirming their unwavering determination to persevere in their cause. Similarly, in cities like Varamin and Baba Haider, people also visited the graves of the martyrs to honor their revered memory.<\/p>\n
Today, a significant number of oil and petrochemical workers, including those from Abadan Refinery, Kian Petrochemical in Asaluye, Gachsaran Petrochemical, Yazd Alloy Steel, Sadaf Petrochemical in Phase 2 of Asaluye, Kangan Petrorefinery Site 3, Phase 3 Petrorefinery of Carensaze Company in Kangan, Exir Sanat Company of Abadan, Hakhamanesh Nowroozi, and Yazd Arsenal, as well as the technical office and testing package and QC of Sazehpad Petrochemical Company of Bushehr, initiated a strike and staged protests.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), lauded the brave and courageous Kurdish and Baloch compatriots who took a stand, fearlessly chanting slogans like “Death to Khamenei” and “Death to the dictator”. She emphasized that these actions exemplify the resolute determination of the Iranian people to overthrow the oppressive religious dictatorship and rid themselves of a corrupt and barbaric regime.
