The first document, a confidential letter by the chief of staff of President Ebrahim Raisi, reveals a “special arrangement” aimed at facilitating the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC)<\/a> and its extraterritorial Quds Force in sending alleged humanitarian aid to Syria. Notably, it is important to highlight that the IRGC has previously exploited its Mahan Air to smuggle weapons and terrorists into Syria, masquerading these activities as assistance for the Syrian people.<\/p>\n

The second and third documents pertain to the regime’s endeavors to increase the wages of employees within the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS).<\/p>\n

These leaked documents provide damning evidence about the regime’s deceptive tactics, as demonstrated by the exploitation of humanitarian aid channels to further its nefarious agendas. Furthermore, the revelations regarding the wage increase efforts within the MOIS shed light on the regime’s prioritization of bolstering its intelligence and security capabilities.
