With heavy hearts and profound respect, we commemorate the life and legacy of Professor Eric David, a towering figure in the world of international law. Professor David was not only a luminary in his field but also a passionate advocate for human rights and a steadfast friend of the Iranian Resistance and the People’s Mojahedin Organization<\/a> of Iran (PMOI\/MEK). Professor Eric David leaves behind an invaluable body of work in the realm of international human rights law. His writings on human rights and international law are regarded as seminal and have become essential references for scholars and practitioners alike.
