During this period, they only had two short calls with their families. Marzieh Farsi has been taken out of the ward once for interrogation. Former political prisoners, Forough Taghipour and Marzieh Farsi were arrested in Tehran on Monday, August 21, 2023, amidst the wave of arrests the regime is making on the eve of the anniversary of the Iran Uprising on September 16, 2022.
