Much of the land comprising this complex reportedly belonged to the Awqaf Organization and the Municipality of Tehran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Documents brought to light by state media indicate that Sedighi has allegedly seized a 4,200-square-meter garden adjacent to the seminary. This garden&#8217;s land has been registered under the company name &#8220;Peyrowan Andishehaye Qaem&#8221; [followers of the faith of Shiites 12<sup>th<\/sup> Imam] founded on June 4, 2023, by Sedighi and his sons, Mohammad Mehdi and Mohammad Hossein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the disclosed papers, Mohammad Mehdi Sedighi serves as the chairman of the board of directors, with Mohammad Hossein as a board member.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Javad Azizi, the former head of Tehran Municipality&#8217;s property department during Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf&#8217;s tenure, is purportedly the vice-chairman of the board and a stakeholder in this company. Rezvaneh Ghavami, Sedighi&#8217;s daughter-in-law, reportedly oversees the family enterprise as an inspector, while Fazlollah Bigordi, the head of Sedighi&#8217;s security team, acts as an alternate inspector.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Corruption?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Corruption<\/a> and Embezzlement Surface in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Iran?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Iran<\/a> as Kourosh Company\u2019s iPhone Ponzi Scheme Collapses<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/QkDosVgq4I\">https:\/\/t.co\/QkDosVgq4I<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; NCRI-FAC (@iran_policy) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/iran_policy\/status\/1759956322915676199?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 20, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Just one month after its incorporation, the company allegedly acquired the deed for the 4,200-square-meter land, valued at approximately one trillion tomans, formerly designated as the &#8220;Imam Khomeini Seminary.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additionally, Sedighi&#8217;s sons, along with Hesamoddin Mahdavi Ebrahimi, a close confidant, purportedly serve on the board of directors of &#8220;Aria Madan Pargas,&#8221; a mining company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moreover, Mohammad Hossein Sedighi, alongside Hamid Shakibmehr, the former commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Qom and owner of a prominent hotel, reportedly engaged in the hospitality sector through two companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In response to the land-grabbing accusations, Sedighi has denied personal involvement, redirecting blame elsewhere, as per a report in the state<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sharghdaily.com\/%D8%A8%D8%AE%D8%B4-%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%85%D9%87-100\/923865-%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%B9%D8%AC%DB%8C%D8%A8-%D8%A2%D9%82%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%B5%D8%AF%DB%8C%D9%82%DB%8C\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">-run newspaper Shargh<\/a>.
