Chanting, &#8220;We will never be deceived by false promises,&#8221; the farmers demanded immediate payment and accountability from local authorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unemployed local workers in Shush, Khuzestan, continued their sit-in protest on June 4 for the 34th consecutive day, demanding employment at the Haft Tappeh Sugarcane Agro-Industry Company. The protesters, holding placards, argued that local youth should be prioritized over non-local hires. On June 4, Khamenei\u2019s Revolutionary Guards shot and killed a young kulbar and injured three others at the Baneh, Marivan, and Nosud borders. Additionally, two Baluchi fuel porters burned to death after the Guards opened fire on their vehicle near Bandar Abbas.
