Berlin, June 29<\/em> \u2014 At a major rally in Berlin, coinciding with the Free Iran 2024 World Summit<\/a> in Paris, former German Parliament Speaker Prof. Rita S\u00fcssmuth sent a heartfelt message to the thousands of Iranians gathered in support of a free and democratic Iran.<\/p>\n Conveyed by the Chairman of the German Solidarity Committee for a Free Iran, Prof S\u00fcssmuth’s message emphasized the enduring struggle and unwavering determination of the Iranian people in their fight against oppression and persecution. She expressed deep admiration for those who risk their lives for human rights and dignity, noting the powerful, unspoken resolve visible in their eyes and actions.<\/p>\n Prof. S\u00fcssmuth highlighted the importance of unity and perseverance in the face of adversity, drawing inspiration from the resilience and solidarity demonstrated by the Iranian Resistance. She urged continued support and participation, reinforcing the shared commitment to ending oppression and achieving freedom and peace.<\/p>\n Addressing the significance of the day, S\u00fcssmuth praised the leadership of Maryam Rajavi<\/a> and the courageous efforts of those at the forefront of the resistance. Persecuted Iranians have been engaged in a passionate struggle for years to save those who are oppressed, persecuted, and murdered in their country. They are tormented and killed because they stand up for the human rights and dignity of all those affected.<\/p>\n And they do not give up; they live by their convictions, and their commitment often speaks more through their body language than through spoken words.
