On March 17, 1992, a truck with explosives detonated at the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, killing 29 and wounding more than 200. Two years later, on July 18, 1994, a car bomb exploded at the Argentine Israelite Mutual Association (AMIA) Jewish Community Center in Buenos Aires, killing 85 and wounding more than 300 people. The attack against the AMIA remains the deadliest terrorist attack in Argentina\u2019s history.<\/p>\n In a posthumous tribute to the fallen victims and the wounded, and following the 30th anniversary of the terrorist attack against AMIA, U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Ben Cardin (D-MD) introduced a bipartisan resolution to recommit efforts to uphold justice for the victims of these vicious attacks.<\/p>\n Read more<\/a><\/p>\n US Central Command (Centcom) forces have destroyed eight targets attributed to the pro-Iranian Yemeni Houthi group in the Red Sea and Yemen. Centcom itself reported this in a note published on Meanwhile, the Yemeni broadcaster owned by the Yemeni group and based in Beirut \u201cAl Masirah\u201d announced that US and British forces had \u201claunched five air strikes on the Ras Issa area, in the Salif district\u201d, in the governorate of Hodeidah, Yemen.<\/p>\n Since mid-November, the Houthis have launched a series of attacks against commercial and military ships transiting the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, which they say are directed or connected in some way to Israel.
