Resistance Units Commemorate Operation Eternal Light Across Iran<\/h3>\n

In July 1988, the National Liberation Army (NLA) of Iran embarked on a massive operation to overthrow the Iranian regime. The operation, known as Operation Eternal Light, became a historic event in the history of the struggle for freedom in Iran. More than 1,300 freedom fighters laid down their lives during that operation and set an example to keep the flame of resistance alit.<\/p>\n

On the 36th anniversary of the 1988 Operation Eternal Light by the National Liberation Army, PMOI Resistance Units commemorated this operation across the cities of Iran. They honored the memory of the martyrs and reaffirmed their commitment to completing the unfinished mission, keeping the ideal of freedom, for which the martyrs sacrificed their lives, alive in the hearts of the freedom-loving people of Iran.<\/p>\n

The Plight of Iranian Workers: A Growing Crisis<\/h3>\n

In Iran, workers, who form a crucial part of the nation\u2019s workforce and contribute significantly to the country\u2019s production and development, are facing increasing challenges. These hardworking individuals are grappling with mounting dissatisfaction and livelihood issues, rooted in complex economic, social, and political factors.<\/p>\n

One of the most pressing issues for Iranian workers is the stark mismatch between their income and the cost of living. According to official statistics and statements from regime institutions, the poverty line in Iran is estimated at around 30 million tomans per month. However, many workers earn merely between 16 and 17 million tomans monthly, leaving a significant gap that makes it nearly impossible for working families to meet their basic needs.<\/p>\n

Reduction in Iran\u2019s Education Budget Coincides with Over 900,000 Children Dropping Out of School<\/h3>\n

\"Iran<\/p>\n

Mohammad Molavi, Vice Chairman of the Education Committee in the regime\u2019s Majlis (parliament), announced on Thursday, July 25, that the number of children dropping out of school in Iran is 911,000, including 400,000 primary school students.<\/p>\n

According to Molavi, while 279,000 of these children dropped out due to \u201cfinancial problems,\u201d the education budget for 2024 has decreased compared to last year.<\/p>\n

Experts have cited \u201cpoverty\u201d as the main reason for children dropping out of school in Iran. The Vice Chairman of the Education Committee in Parliament noted that while 12% of the country\u2019s general budget was allocated to education in recent years, this allocation has dropped to less than 10% this year.<\/p>\n
