The Truth of Pezeshkian\u2019s \u201cNational Unity\u201d Charade<\/h3>\r\n

The issue of \u201cnational unity\u201d has become one of the Iranian regime\u2019s ongoing crises. The phrase itself has technical, content-based, and semantic flaws within the context of the mullahs\u2019 rule. First, the term \u201cnational\u201d has no place or context in a regime structure based on the absolute rule of an unelected leader. Second, when the three branches of the State are subject to the decision-making and will of regime supreme leader Ali Khamenei, \u201cunity\u201d can only revolve around him but never around the nation.<\/p>\r\n

This is why regime president Massoud Pezeshkian is playing the role of the supreme leader\u2019s puppet. His statements only serve to amuse Khamenei. Over the past three months, Pezeshkian has taken on this role more than any of his counterparts. For instance, during his trip to New York for the UN General Assembly meeting, he claimed to advocate for global and regional peace and positive relations with the world. Meanwhile, Khamenei, through his loyalists, was sending a message of aligning foreign policy with military actions to intensify war efforts.<\/p>\r\n

This move is designed to block revenue streams Iran uses to fund missile development, nuclear activities, and regional terrorist proxies. According to U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet L. Yellen, these measures directly target Iran\u2019s ability to use energy revenues for activities that destabilize the Middle East and threaten global security.<\/p>\r\n

Iran\u2019s Regime Is Hiring Criminals for Assassinations in The West<\/h3>\r\n

Reuters has recently published an investigative report titled, \u201cMurder for hire: Inside Iran\u2019s proxy war with Israel in the West<\/a>\u201d which includes examples of the Iranian regime\u2019s collaboration with professional criminals for assassinations, threats, and abductions of Tehran\u2019s opponents.\u00a0According to court documents and government officials, Reuters has found that since 2020, at least 33 assassination or abduction plots have occurred in the West.<\/p>\r\n

Local and Israeli officials have attributed the use of criminals for assassinations in the West to the Iranian government.\u00a0One of these plots was an attack on a building in Athens, Greece, where a Jewish center and the Kashrut restaurant were located.<\/p>\r\n

Iran\u2019s Regime is Plotting to Assassinate U.S. Politicians<\/h3>\r\n

Politico has published a report<\/a>\u00a0on the Iranian regime\u2019s efforts to assassinate Donald Trump and other senior U.S. officials following the death of Qassem Soleimani, the former head of the terrorist IRGC Quds Force.<\/p>\r\n

The report states that since Soleimani\u2019s death, Iran\u2019s regime has consistently threatened retaliation, and U.S. officials have concluded that these threats are real and serious.<\/p>\r\n

U.S. intelligence officials have also warned that these threats have increased in recent months.\u00a0For example, two failed assassination attempts on Trump were made in the summer of 2024, although direct links to Iran have not been proven.<\/p>\r\n
